If you prefer, we can dispatch our skilled craftsmen to complete the maintenance items for you.

Online maintenance and Repair Logs

Once maintenance or repair items have been completed, you can log into your personal BiltRite Home Portfolio and

  • Update your personal maintenance records
  • Upload photo images for documentation of conditions
  • Upload scanned images of receipts for repairs or materials used
  • All of this information is stored on our secure database creating a complete maintenance history
